The sultry heat embraces the city, giving that strange sensation of apparent calm that is typical of summer. The body sweats too much, the air seems still… there is an obligation to move as little as possible, freeze the image. Maybe this is why in the summer you can think a lot… the body in energy saving mode, the mind having so much fun going exactly where you don’t want to… It’s time for separations and this year I have to make important ones.

Summer is coming again this year and we can feel it, the sun, the heat, the tasks that are decreasing and the month of June that tells us “IT’S TIME”! It’s time to leave the desks, the teachers, some classmates and “our” Papillon. Separations are never simple but how can we say goodbye?

I have a new house and from the bright terrace I can look at the sky. I waited a long time for her, I looked for her, I wanted her to the end. When I met her I immediately understood that she would change me and I think I chose her precisely for this reason. It took a long time to fix it..

Cursive is disappearing not only from new students’ notebooks but also from our lives; to realize this, just think of all the rebrandings of large companies in recent years. Of all the written content we consume, only a very small part is written by hand and, excluding students, there aren’t that many opportunities to write. In fact, knowing whether or not to read and write in cursive is very little influential nowadays: it is no coincidence that many American states are no longer teaching it.
