To the tragedies of babies “left” in the car and not in kindergarten..

As the mental pathology exists, and even scares, here there are several ways to deal with it, one of them is denying it, that is, performing a mental action (sometimes unconscious sometimes less, but in the second case they are lucid omissions!) closely related to the annulment but if we want less. “final”

It would be a bit ‘the principle of awareness, for which if one is ill knows or others make him point, so then maybe moves towards a possible therapy..

And as long as we stay in organic medicine, from the orthopedic to the internist to the dentist where it is the pain that commands, the symptomatology that the poor patient tells, it is at least desirable that the search is the fastest solution so that the symptom disappears, with psychotherapy things go so far.

First because not all people seek a cure but rather support, convinced perhaps with reason that it is only a bad time to go through, secondly because not all professionals agree that mental illness really exists or that one can face it to try to solve it, which is why the patient disappears!

The various currents of thought to which the different approaches refer, and which can take more varied forms and methods.

Following the principle of minimal action, which regulates the universe, and that of the useful one, which regulates the world, among the most popular there are the Short Strategic Therapies, which are nothing but the highest expression of cognitive techniques:

Do you have obsessions? Distract

Do you suffer from panic attacks? Think, are you ever dead? NO. And then you see that they are irrational beliefs!

Do you think someone is spying on you? And why should he, and then trust me, there’s attorney-client privilege here..

Really, as written several times on this blog to each his own, there is that one does not feel like to ask himself is blessed question about the “BECAUSE'” is bad, but that a relationship of trust as it should be between doctor and patient (that for the more is bad precisely because of disappointing relationships can no longer) must be sold because “it’s the market, baby” really pisses me off, maybe because it reminds me so much that.. why you are!

I refer to the article appeared days ago on the site of Scomodo and taken from the newspaper Il Fatto quotidiano that reports the investigation aired on Rai News24 last December, in which it denounces as some platforms for on-psychotherapyline shared patient data with some of the companies BIG-TECH, news that I hope well does not involve colleagues who work there with honesty and professionalism and for which I leave aside any personal comments except that..

Things don’t have to be like this!

As if disappointment was a fate to be submitted or accustomed, as if there must always and forever the catch..

Human beings, if they remain human and maybe even decent, do not obey the laws of the universe or those of liberal economics because they can choose!

He’s the mental insane one who can’t do it.

And even if psychotherapies (names apart) may all look the same, they are not at all like drops of water, because they do not always seek the shortest, fastest or most convenient way.

Laziness, like mediocrity, is the worm of the mind.

Marco Randisi

Remember when you were children what was the question that made you feel proud, moved, blush, despair, rejoice and yell (not necessarily in this order or all together!) parents, grandparents, uncles, family friends, teachers etc.?
